Forward Deployed Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work directly with strategic customers to understand their workflows and business goals
• Participate in customer workshops to identify high-value operational use cases
• Design and deliver end-to-end use cases leveraging the YOOBIC platform
• Build the last mile needed to make customer use cases successful
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve frontline execution
• Prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs
• Support integrations with customer systems
• Create reusable assets such as technical documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar role
• Strong technical fluency
• Experience working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, databases, scripts, and modern SaaS workflows
• Strong interest in AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and practical enterprise use cases
• Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
