Forward‑Deployed AI Solutions Engineer

Zendesk is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join our Technical Presales team. You will design, build, and deliver production‑grade AI solutions embedded with strategic customers, translating needs into robust integrations and scalable workflows.

You will work across frontend, backend, and cloud, with a focus on end-to-end delivery, PoCs, and production rollouts. Travel up to 50% is expected and bilingual French/English communication is essential.
