Forward-Deployed AI Lead: Deploy & Prove Value

Formel AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Lead to bridge cutting‑edge AI research with real‑world deployments. You will own end‑to‑end technical relationships with design partners, translate customer needs into product requirements, and prove value through PoCs in healthcare and enterprise software contexts.

You will join a founding team of deep‑tech experts at a critical inflection point, building scalable deployment patterns and shaping the roadmap as we move from research to production.
