Ensures crew is properly staffed and that proper standards of workmanship and maximum productivity are maintained

Coordinates scheduling for material equipment subcontractors and manpower through the Project Superintendent Project Manager

Ensures work rules are observed Ensures work crew start and finish on time

Establishes and maintains measures to protect the security of employees and materials

Evaluates material and equipment on the job anticipating changes in materials and staffing

Instructs crew about company policies and safety practices Responsible for maintaining a clean job site and ensure final clean up

Qualifications 3 to 6 years of relevant experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
