- Produce and maintain regular Sell In and Sell Out reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for the Footwear Business Unit.
- Analyze performance by market, channel, product category, collection, franchise and SKU.
- Track performance versus targets, prior year, and forecasts.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between Sell In, Sell Out, stock and forecast data.
Main Responsibilities
Sell In / Sell Out Analysis & Reporting
- Produce and maintain regular Sell In and Sell Out reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for the Footwear Business Unit.
- Analyze performance by market, channel, product category, collection, franchise and SKU.
- Track performance versus targets, prior year, and forecasts.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between Sell In, Sell Out, stock and forecast data.
Business Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze key KPIs: revenue, volumes, margins, sell-through, stock coverage and channel performance.
- Support monthly and seasonal business reviews with clear analyses and insights.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for Footwear teams (Sales, Merchandising, Supply, Marketing).
Data Coordination & Tools
- Act as a key point of contact between the Footwear BU, local markets and central Data / Finance / IT teams.
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability and timely reporting from markets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards and data processes.
- Support data harmonization and automation initiatives.
Ad Hoc Analysis & Decision Support
- Deliver ad hoc analyses to support business decisions (product launches, franchise performance, stock allocation, market prioritization).
- Prepare clear and concise presentations and dashboards for management.
Profile
- Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field
- 5 minimum years of experience in data analysis, business analysis or reporting roles
- Exposure to Sell In / Sell Out analysis in an international environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Strong understanding of retail and wholesale performance drivers
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear business insights
- Structured, reliable and well-organized
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive, autonomous and business-oriented
- Fluent English required
