This key role involves developing seasonal color and materials strategies in line with Lacoste’s brand vision, conducting consumer and trend research, and collaborating across functions for effective design execution. The ideal candidate will have strong C&M design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, excellent communication skills, and the ability to elevate products through thoughtful design decisions.
