The Insurer Team and the FNOL team are very integrated ensuring we operate a seamless model that ensures consistency across the business.
The Insurer Team are normally the first point of contact for our clients and LGA represent an insurer or a CMC. The claim notifications are typically referrers from Insurance companies, Accident Management companies, Solicitors and on some occasions any private individuals.
The team are responsible for accepting new claims in the event of non-fault or partially disputed road traffic accidents
The Insurer Team, are responsible for the communicating with the client to provide accurate updates on the progress of their claim, resolving liability and progressing the claim through to the recovery stage. In addition, the Insurer Team are integrated within the FNOL team to provide support for peak periods.
The team are responsible for accepting new claims on behalf of insurers and the services provided are predominantly AD claims handling and Third-party capture.

Duties\n\n
Dealing with all aspects of new claims, from inception to hire provision, including initial correspondence to interested parties.
Selling Lancaster Gate services to our clients and any associated parties.
Communicating with the client to give them accurate updates on the process of their claim, obtaining relevant documentation from clients to assess the claim and ensuring we sign-post the client accurately.
