FMEA Engineer (m/f/d) (ID: 22323)

• Conduct and maintain Process FMEA (P-FMEA) across manufacturing and assembly processes
• Support Design FMEA (D-FMEA) and System FMEA (S-FMEA) in collaboration with engineering teams
• Apply the AIAG & VDA 7-step FMEA methodology
• Evaluate risks using:
• Severity (S)
• Occurrence (O)
• Detection (D)
• Develop and track risk mitigation actions and preventive measures
• Ensure alignment between design intent and production feasibility

Your profile:

• Strong experience in FMEA methodology (AIAG & VDA standard)
• Knowledge of:
• Process FMEA (P-FMEA)
• Design FMEA (D-FMEA)
• System FMEA (S-FMEA)
• Understanding of automotive production processes
• Experience with manufacturing / assembly process analysis
• Fluent in French and English is nice to have
