FMCG Growth Leader for TikTok Shop

TikTok is seeking a senior leader to manage the FMCG category from our Paris office. You will define the long-term vision, own the P&L, and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive growth and profitability across sellers on TikTok Shop.

You will build and guide a high-performing team, onboard new sellers, and collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to accelerate livestream and short video commerce adoption.
