Flow Methods Engineer, Industry 4.0

Responsibilities

• Join the Methods team and serve as the engineering lead for immersive simulation tools
• Support local methods teams in deploying technologies
• Define technology standards for processes from implementation through operation
• Ensure validation and effective implementation of standards
• Identify and leverage opportunities in flow architecture to optimize manufacturing processes
• Propose and implement structuring and development initiatives to drive operational excellence
• Maintain technological watch on simulation processes and related technologies
• Oversee the implementation of digital twins and manage integrators and suppliers

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in Electronics or Industrial Methods
• Proven industrial experience in optimizing production flows
• Strong expertise in flow optimization and industrial process digitalization
• Genuine interest in flow simulation, digital twins, virtual reality and augmented reality
• Good knowledge of aerospace products and manufacturing technologies (assembly, electronics, mechanical, etc.)
• Proficiency in production line design and optimization techniques and associated Lean tools
• Solid knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D methodology, 5 Whys, Kaizen, etc.) and APQP methodology
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
