Job Description
Opportunity for FLIGHT LINE A400M PRODUCTION DELIVERY MANAGER within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).
Responsibilities
- Production engineer focused on Build Process / Performance Tracker adherence in Flight Line.
- Guide foreman to balance resources per production shift.
- Strengthen information transmission between shifts for proper workshop continuity.
- Unblock production issues to accomplish the daily plan.
- Lead daily industrial meeting for aircraft planning.
- Act as station focal point for daily activities with ME, quality, crew, production control and other functions.
- Serve as Time‑Keeper with foreman and overall short‑term planning coordinator of station.
- Prepare next daily tasks and planning of works (people, tools, jobcards, aircraft conditions).
- Support continuous improvement and Operational Excellence in the area.
- Monitor relevant KPIs, solve deviations from targets, and identify major industrial risks.
- Participate in defining the industrial plan and corrective actions when required.
- Support foreman, Head of Station, and Head of Flight Line/Flight Delivery Center.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Experience: At least 5 years in aircraft manufacturing or engineering.
- Soft skills: High adaptability to new topics and changing environments; problem solving.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: A400M architecture and related IT tools for manufacturing process (SAP, SIPLA, TLB, etc.). Office proficiency required.
- Nice to have: experience managing teams and risk management.
