Flagship Store Director, Paris – Brand & Growth Leader

Salomon, a leading Amer Sports brand, is seeking a Store Director for its flagship Champs-Élysées store in Paris. You will act as brand ambassador, own the store P&L, and lead a high-performing team across front and back of house to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet commercial targets.

You will shape the flagship’s commercial strategy, drive growth in traffic and conversion, and ensure operational excellence, people development, and collaboration with regional and global partners.
