Overview
As E-Wholesale Manager within the Fragrance & Beauty Europe Wholesale team, you manage the online distribution strategy across 70+ partner websites in Europe, Middle East and Export markets. You join the team on a fixed-term contract from mid-September 2026 to mid-May 2027, based in Paris, Avenue des Champs-Élysées.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the E-Wholesale framework within selective distribution, in coordination with Legal and Commercial teams.
- Ensure CHANEL brand image is respected across retailers’ digital ecosystems.
- Monitor E-Wholesale performance through KPIs, sell-in/sell-out tracking and regular reporting.
- Engage the Digital and Sales community on E-Wholesale topics through monthly meetings and dedicated workshops.
- Lead a team of 4 and 1 intern on day-to-day operational activities.
- Work in a fast-moving digital environment where online distribution is evolving.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders: Sales, Marketing, Operations, in-market Digital Managers.
- Structure and professionalise E-Wholesale practices at European scale.
- Be the e-business reference point within a cross-functional team.
- Balance brand standards with online commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience of 8 to 10 years in e-business, e-commerce or digital business development.
- Solid knowledge of online retail and luxury multi-brand players.
- Sharp quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with a strong ability to synthesize information.
- Proven leadership, rigour and ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent English and proficiency with standard IT tools.
