Au sein de la Direction Fiscale France composée de 7 collaborateurs, vous intervenez en autonomie, sous la responsabilité d’un Senior Tax Manager. Vous apportez votre expertise fiscale et accompagnez les projets à fort impact pour le groupe Kingfisher en France.

What's the job

À ce titre, vos principales responsabilités seront de :

• Conseil et accompagnement du business: vous interviendrez en tant que référent technique afin de sécuriser les positions fiscales dans le cadre des projets concernant la France.
• Réponse aux problématiques fiscales courantes de vos clients internes (Directions Finance, Juridique, Commerciale, Marketplace, Immobilière, Exploitation, Système d’information, Transformation,…).
• Rédaction de notes et/ou supports de communication à destination du top management sur les sujets à fort impact fiscal.
• Conformité fiscale: vous anticipez, sécurisez et maitrisez les risques par des audits et contrôles ponctuels ou permanents (processus, masters data, flux…) et vous produirez ou serez partie prenante à la production de certaines documentations obligatoires.
• Force de proposition sur les optimisations.
• Contribution à la gestion des contrôles et contentieux fiscaux en lien avec les services internes et les cabinets conseils.
• Contribution aux processus annuels et semestriels de Reporting fiscal vis-à-vis des services financiers et fiscaux centraux en France et du Groupe au Royaume-Uni.
• Veille fiscale active : vous garantirez la bonne communication des modifications du cadre légal et ses conséquences dans les activités des sociétés (y compris financières), la sensibilisation et la formation des interlocuteurs concernés.

Dans ce rôle, vous évoluerez dans un environnement multiculturel où les échanges s'effectuent aussi bien en français qu'en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
