Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal advice to operational directions and analyze fiscal consequences of all types of transactions for the bank.
• Assist the tax obligations team in controlling and validating the calculation of certain taxes, handle specific tax declarations and contribute to new regulatory obligations.
• Participate in internal working groups and cross‑group exchanges.
• Follow bank and subsidiary audits and any legal disputes.
• Maintain regulatory monitoring and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the bank, producing summary reports.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 / M2 or higher in law or finance, preferably with a specialization in corporate tax.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or tax consultancy with knowledge of corporate fiscal matters.
• Proficiency in French, professional level English.
