First Talent Manager — AI Health Startup

Parallel in Paris is building AI agents to automate hospital administrative work and unlock revenue. We are hiring our first Talent Manager to design and deliver a recruiting engine from scratch, scaling to 40 people in 12 months.

You will partner with the CEO to craft the talent strategy, recruit across all functions (Tech, Product, Sales, Ops, G&A), build processes, and shape culture while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
