The role: Sales - Italy

As Sales - Italy, you will drive Spiko’s growth in Italy by owning the full sales cycle - from hunting new accounts to managing key client relationships - while helping building a sales team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunting & Closing : identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the Italian market.

  • Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership : Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Italian market.

  • Reporting & Insights : Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.

  • Market Feedback : Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience : at least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.

  • Network : you’ve already worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups or SMBs.

  • Mindset : extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best-in-class sales machine for the Italian market.

  • Autonomy : capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospection to account management.

  • Resilience : We recruit people who get things done, rather than people who make excuses.

  • Tech-savvy : experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.

  • Excellent communication : native speaker in Italian, fluent in English. French is a plus.
