Position description
La Compagnie is currently seeking qualified and motivated First Officers for its Airbus A321 fleet, based at Paris-Orly Airport.
This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding airline renowned for its all-Business Class transatlantic operations.
Selection Process
The selection day will be held on August 13, 2026 .
Pre-selected candidates will be contacted by phone on August 7, 2026 .
During this call, they will be informed of their assigned interview time slot.
Prior to the motivation interview, candidates will be required to complete a technical knowledge assessment .
Only candidates who achieve a score of 80% or above will proceed to the motivation interview.
Candidates who are successful at the motivation interview will be invited to attend a simulator assessment , which will take place on August 14, 2026 .
Selected candidates must hold a valid Airbus A320 Type Rating (A320 TR) at the time of joining.
Profile required
- Must hold a valid ATPL or a valid CPL with frozen ATPL
- Must hold a valid Instrument Rating (IR) / Multi-Engine (ME) aeroplane rating.
- Must hold a valid Airbus Type Rating.
- Must hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Total Flight Time: Minimum 1,000 hours total time.
- Airbus Experience: Minimum 500 hours
- Airbus FBW experience
- English Language Proficiency (ELP): Minimum Level 5.
- French Language Proficiency (FLP): Level 6.
- History: No history of accidents or incidents.
- Records: No criminal records and no security restrictions.
- Applicants holding a valid U.S. entry visa will be given favorable consideration.
