First-Line Control & Risk Architect

Qonto is seeking a Level 1 Permanent Control Coordinator to build and own the first line of defence for its control framework. You will design a unified Level 1 control plan, define the Target Operating Model, and drive adoption across teams under the guidance of the Operational Risk Manager.

You will implement the RCSA methodology, maintain risk cartography, and deliver governance reporting to regulators and leadership, ensuring clear escalation and ownership across LoD1/LoD2.
