FinTech Regulatory Lead — Remote & Equity

Pennylane is building a Regulatory Office for Pennylane Financial Services to operate compliance and reporting in a regulated environment across Europe. The role focuses on inventory, calendar, governance, and evidence to ensure timely, auditable operations.

You will work with Compliance, Legal, Finance, Risk and Technology to translate new requirements into accountable owners and clear processes. A remote-friendly setup across Europe is offered.
