Fintech Program Manager – Agile Delivery & Governance

RiverBank in Paris seeks a Program Manager to lead the delivery of strategic improvement workstreams across Lending, Savings, and Invoice Finance. You will manage a hybrid delivery model and act as the central “traffic controller” to ensure milestones are met.

Ideal candidates will have over 5 years in the financial services industry with a strong focus on the SME market, and experience with AGILE methodologies. Communication skills in French, Dutch, or Spanish are highly valued.
