Fintech Customer Success Associate — Hybrid, Training

Figure is hiring a Customer Success Associate to join its fintech team. You’ll be the primary contact for customers via phone, chat, and email, guiding them through the loan application process and helping them understand HELOCs and other products.

No prior fintech experience is required; we’ll teach you the products and processes. What matters most are clear communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in learning.
