Fintech | Client Solutions Engineer – Capital Markets

About the Position

We are looking for a junior Client Solutions Engineer to join our team and work at the intersection of technology and capital markets .

In this role, you will collaborate directly with financial institutions (investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds) to support and implement our platform in real trading and risk environments.

This is a unique opportunity to develop both your technical skills (programming, debugging, data) and your understanding of financial markets in a highly client-facing role.

Job Summary

The Client Solutions Engineer will support the growth of Orchestrade through research, development validation and direct interaction with clients.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with clients to understand their business workflows, issues, and priorities
• Investigate and analyze complex functional and technical issues (including debugging)
• Identify root causes and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
• Contribute to client implementations, configuration, and testing (including regression scenarios)
• Act as a key interface between clients, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in capital markets / financial industry
• Degree in Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Knowledge of object‑oriented programming (Python, C# or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Interest in both technology and financial markets
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work in a client‑facing, collaborative environment
