About the Role:
We are hiring a Fintech AI & Automation Lead with 2–3 years of experience to join our FinTech team. Your primary goal isn’t just to analyze data, but to design and deploy practical AI systems that materially improve how our FinTech team operates. You will operate at the intersection of Finance and Engineering, owning outcomes and acting as the catalyst for our AI transformation.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Ownership: Comfortable scoping work, prioritizing tasks, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Data Orchestration: Write clean, efficient code (Python/SQL) to extract insights, using AI coding assistants (like Cursor) to accelerate development cycles.
- AI Implementation: Design and deploy Agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive financial processes (e.g., reconciliation, reporting).
- Workflow Automation: Utilize tools like n8n to connect our fintech stack and eliminate manual data silos.
- Internal Upskilling: Share best practices and help teammates adopt AI tools in their workflows
Who You Are:
- With at least 2–3 years in Data, Fintech, or Technical Analytics roles.
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks. Curiosity about AI reliability and evaluation.
- Strong proficiency in Python or SQL. Comfortable working with APIs and automation tools. Familiarity with AI coding assistants (e.Cursor, GitHub Copilot) is a strong plus.
- A solid grasp of financial concepts (e.g., P&L, transaction flows, reporting).
