Finesse Technician - Paint Finish Specialist (Equity)

Lucid Motors is seeking a Finesse Technician to perform final inspection and surface correction of painted vehicle bodies after the clearcoat process. You will identify defects, execute spot sanding and polishing, and ensure first-pass quality while maintaining throughput and safety.

The role requires 2–3 years in automotive paint finish, familiarity with clearcoat inspection, and the ability to work shifts in a production environment.
