FinCrime Team Lead — AML, Coaching & Ops Excellence

Revolut in France is seeking a FinCrime Team Lead to ensure high-quality investigations, timely escalations, and strong risk controls across the customer journey. You will lead a team of 5+ analysts, conduct 1:1s, mentor staff, participate in hiring, and monitor daily operations to meet SLAs.
