FinCrime Analyst - KYC/AML Advisory (2nd Line)

Swan is seeking a FinCrime Analyst in Paris to join the Financial Crime team, the 2nd line of defense on onboarding risk. You will help detect and address risks related to money laundering, fraud, sanctions, and other illicit activities, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

You will advise on complex KYC cases, draft procedures and SOPs, and contribute to training the 1st-line teams, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust controls.
