FinCrime Analyst - Hybrid Remote with AML Oversight

Swan is seeking a FinCrime Analyst to strengthen the safety and compliance of its financial operations. You will work within the Financial Crime team, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to detect risks related to money laundering, fraud, and sanctions, and to help protect Swan’s reputation.

Your role involves monitoring transactions, performing sanctions screenings, conducting investigations, and supporting policy improvements while engaging with partners and internal teams to
