Financial Manager

Your mission is to drive the performance of structural and technological costs, produce reliable and actionable consolidated reporting, and secure the company's cash flow. You will be at the heart of business, tech, and product challenges, providing a comprehensive overview of costs and cash.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and optimise structural costs (G&A) Build, track, and challenge budgets and forecasts for central functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Comms, Facilities). Provide clear monthly analyses and concrete efficiency action plans.
• Drive tech, product, and marketing costs Manage tech OPEX (SaaS licenses, cloud, maintenance, subcontracting) and marketing spend (events, campaigns). Track CAPEX files, CIR and consolidate supplier commitments.
• Produce reliable and actionable consolidated reporting Coordinate the monthly consolidated package (P&L, OPEX by function, headcount & costs, CAPEX, KPIs). Ensure data consistency and industrialise reporting with Power BI or Looker.
• Drive cash flow and working capital Build cash forecasts, analyse variances and model scenarios. Flag concerns before they become problems.
• Be a real business partner Lead performance reviews with tech, product, marketing, G&A teams. Help teams understand their numbers to make better decisions.
• Manage and develop a junior analyst Supervise, prioritise and develop a junior analyst, and document team processes such as SOPs and templates.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance (Financial Manager, FP&A, Management Control), ideally in a tech or scale‑up environment.
• Strong appetite for cost management and optimisation, especially in an engineering scope.
• Ability to challenge operational choices and work closely with engineering teams.
• Solid mastery of P&L and cash management, including analysis, forecasts and consolidation.
• Experience in a multi‑entity and multi‑currency environment (≈6 entities; EUR/USD).
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice‑to‑have Skills

• Background in audit, consulting or M&A with internal consulting posture.
• Experience coordinating controllers and managing a junior profile.
• Interest in AI and automation, and ability to use SQL for querying data.
• Strong rigor, business curiosity and a scale‑up mindset.
