Financial Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated analyses of financial statements, budget proposals, and variance reports for accuracy and strategic insight.
• Assess AI's comprehension of financial management principles, including capital allocation, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Provide expert feedback on AI outputs related to forecasting models, scenario planning, and long-range financial projections.
• Identify and correct factual inaccuracies or strategic misinterpretations in AI's recommendations for improving financial health and operational efficiency.
• Refine AI's capacity to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and articulate their business implications.
• Develop training data on internal controls, compliance reporting, and best practices in financial governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial regulatory requirements.
• CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is highly desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial planning software.
