Job Description

You are joining the Dispute Resolution & Investigations team of the Natixis Legal Department.

On a daily basis, your tasks are to:

• Manage a portfolio of litigation files in civil, commercial, and criminal matters: define the strategy, mandate lawyers, monitor legal proceedings, negotiate, compromise, etc.;

• Provide legal advice to internal clients on pre-litigation and litigation files;

• Coordinating legal proceedings abroad;

• Managing the investigations of regulators or various authorities (AMF, ACPR, ECB...)

• Carry out legal monitoring on the topics monitored as part of your portfolio of litigation files;

• Ensure reporting related to the disputes you follow.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in business law, you have at least 5 years of experience in business litigation on Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) files within a law firm or a legal department of a bank.

You master:

• Monitoring a portfolio of varied litigation files, before French and/or international courts;

• Investigations by regulators.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:

• Endowed with good writing skills and a good analytical spirit;

• Autonomous and responsive;

• Motivated by teamwork.

You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
