Financial Lawyer – Client Agreement H/F

Responsibilities

• Define the policy and the doctrine of the CACEIS group, in liaison with the Crédit Agricole SA legal line.
• Lead, maintain, and animate an efficient legal function for the CACEIS group, ensuring an adequate organization and compliance with its missions.
• Control and manage the legal risk arising from disputes.
• Lead the Corporate Legal Affairs activity.
• Establish and negotiate all types of contracts relating to the banking and financial services of CACEIS Bank and CACEIS Fund Administration, except market contracts.
• Draft and update contract templates in line with European and French regulatory changes or new operational policies or constraints.
• Answer legal issues related to the activities of CACEIS Bank and CACEIS Fund Administration.
• Lead, organize, and steer projects related to the service, ensuring follow‑up and reporting to management.
• Maintain regulatory watch.
• Help update the client contract procedures.
• Participate in the responses to tenders.
• Act as a service expert for new product launch committees.
• Participate in the CACEIS or Crédit Agricole legal committees.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bac +5 / M2 or higher in financial law, contract law, or banking law.
• Minimum experience: 3–5 years as a financial jurist.
• Strong analysis, synthesis, and writing skills.
• Customer orientation and interpersonal ease.
• Negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Adaptability and proactivity.
• Team spirit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
