Financial & ESG Officer

Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in finance/accounting, business school or university.
- You have between one and two years of experience in financial control, management control, or audit.
- A first experience in an asset management company would be a plus.
- Fluent in French and highly proficient in English.
- Starting date: as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Participation in the preparation of the financial reporting :
- Interface with the investment team in the internal reporting process.
- Analysis of fund legal documentation and participation in company valuations.
- Interface between 360 Capital, the custodian bank, the chartered accountant and the statutory auditors.
- Portfolio monitoring: retrieval and analysis of financial, legal and accounting documentation, etc.
- Monitoring of fund cash flow: investment/disposal in portfolio companies, expenses.
- Monitoring of investor register: subscription, call for funds, distribution, etc.
- Preparation of the ESG reports :
- Collect, analyze, and validate ESG data from our portfolio companies.
- Support the development of ESG reports for investors and internal stakeholders.
- Involvement in internal control and compliance work related to AMF regulations.
- Participation in various cross‑functional projects as part of the digitization of the management company’s internal processes.
- Mastery of Excel and general computer skills, experience with iLEVEL would be a plus.
- Excellent accounting and financial knowledge.
- Rigorous, organized and efficient.
- Autonomous and able to adapt quickly.
