Financial Director

Compensation depends on the company's size and prestige, the country, and experience:

• Entry-level: Starting from €4,000 gross per month.
• Confirmed professional: Around €60,000 gross per year (the median salary in France).
• Senior Financial Director: Up to €15,000 gross per month in large international groups.
• Financial Director of a hotel group.
• General Manager of a hotel or hotel chain.
• The possibility of moving into strategic roles in other sectors (banking, consulting, multinational corporations).
