Financial Controller for Digital Infrastructure & Platforms (M/F)
Job Description
Airbus Commercial is looking for a Finance Controller for Digital (m/f) to join our team based in Toulouse, France. As part of the Finance for Digital community, you will be involved in co-piloting financial performance aiming at enabling data-driven decisions and shaping the digital future of aerospace.
Working Environment
Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport, located between the Mediterranean sea and the Atlantic ocean and close to the Pyrenees mountains.
Responsibilities
- Co-pilot financial performance: prepare financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, analyze cost bases to identify drivers for optimization and competitiveness.
- Support strategic decisions: develop robust business cases, financial models, and scenarios to provide a comprehensive view of financial implications.
- Act as a business partner: challenge and support business stakeholders by providing proximity, influencing strategic decisions, and translating financial data into actionable operational insights.
- Drive transformation: act as an agent of change by identifying efficiency improvements, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of collaborative innovation within the Digital function.
- Ensure compliance: secure strict adherence to finance processes and compliance requirements while raising business awareness on financial matters.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting with a strong understanding of industrial or digital environments.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, business casing, and controlling tools (OpEx/CapEx management).
- Curiosity for new technologies (AI, Cloud, SaaS) and willingness to understand the digital ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills, business partnering mindset, ability to influence stakeholders and manage ambiguity.
- Negotiation level of English is mandatory; French is a plus.
