Financial Controller and Data analyst (CDD / STA)

AXA, a leading insurer, offers a short-term contract role in the Group Learning Department at AXA Group Headquarters, focusing on financial control, data insights, and process management within the Learning Operations and Engagement team.

Responsibilities

Short-term contract (CDD) for 5 months or more, starting in September/October 2026.

Financial Controlling

• Monitor the overall Learning budget in coordination with project managers and provide regular updates
• Monitor procurement processes (contract signature, contract tracker repository, purchase orders, etc.)
• Prepare AXA University invoicing for AXA entities (digital Learning offers, learning seminars, etc.)
• Coordinate with accountants to collect AXA SA subsidies and entity payments and ensure providers are paid on time

Data and Insights

• In close coordination with HRIS team define actions to improve data quality in learning systems
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making
• Create appropriate dashboards and presentations to communicate data and insights to stakeholders
• In coordination with the strategic planner, contribute transversally to financial and non-financial publications that include learning data (AXA Group Annual Report, AXA Corporate Sustainability Assessment, corporate annual report for AXA Universite)

Operations and Process Management

• Coordinate activities of the support team from AXA Business Services India (prioritization of activities, quality monitoring)
• Define and enhance processes and operating models of Group Learning in a continuous manner, promoting operational excellence

Profile

Technical and Professional Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Management
• Data analysis and data visualization
• Budget management and monitoring
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business French & English proficiency
• Mastering Excel and PowerBI (required)
