We are looking for a Financial Controller with a solid financial background to help the company evaluate and understand its past and projected financial performance in a fast-growing business. You will be part of a small and high-performing team (5 people) and will have the opportunity to grow your skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Operational Controlling and cost control dedicated to staff costs for the whole group, and one main App (such as Wizz, Blitz, BeReal)
• Design and produce analytical dashboards for Excom and operational teams to become a strong business partner for them
• Analyze monthly operational performance from a data-driven perspective
• Provide analytical support to understand cost variances within the organization
• Participate in the definition of cost allocation rules and to update / create cost centers in SAP based on business evolution
• Participate in the correct allocation of costs in scope (per reporting category, per team, per supplier, etc.)
• Participate in monitoring and guiding the monthly Budget reviews with business units
• Produce budget reporting and analyze budget gaps
• Corporate Controlling
• Participate in the development of the annual budget and monthly reforecasts
• Participate in preparation of financial reports for internal use (Group executives) and for shareholders
• Participate in corporate projects (fund raising, integration of acquired companies, etc.)
• Actively participate in the improvement of monitoring and reporting tools to automate and streamline routine work and support growth

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Finance (or equivalent) with 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Controlling in a large company or in Audit in a Big 4
• Fluent in French and English (speaking and writing)
• Excellent financial modeling and scenario analysis skills, including the ability to build Excel-based automated decision tools and sensitivity analyses
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Adaptability and ability to communicate/explain concepts clearly
• Good communication and education skills, with the ability to work across the organization with key stakeholders, including senior management
• Team player
