Financial Controller

A French banking group is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join on an initial 6-month contract with an immediate (or very short notice) start. Sitting within Finance, you'll own core financial control and reporting, with a particular focus on Produit Net Bancaire (PNB / Net Banking Income) analysis and reporting into both local management and head office.

• sProduce, analyse and report PNB (Net Banking Income), breaking performance down by business line and produc
• tOwn month-end close, P&L and balance sheet production, and related reconciliation
• sDeliver accurate management and statutory reporting to local stakeholders and head office (French GAAP / group reporting

• sInvestigate variances and partner with the business to explain performance driver
• sHelp strengthen processes and the integrity of financial control
