Financial Control Manager

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Financial Control Manager to join our Finance team and support the financial steering of our portfolio of 26 hotels as well as our headquarters. In this key role, you will oversee financial performance across the group, partner closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our financial processes and reporting structure.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the monthly financial closing process in collaboration with Accounting
• Monitor hotel performance through KPI analysis, forecasts and detailed P&L reviews
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reporting and ad hoc financial analyses
• Oversee management fees, rent and service charge reviews, Capex and FF&E tracking
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, insurance and financial obligations
• Act as key business partner for hotels and support operational teams on controlling topics
• Support the continuous process improvements
• Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Revenue & Sales teams

Profile

• Strong experience of 5 to 10 years in Financial Controlling, ideally within hospitality or multi-site operations
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong understanding of hotel P&L and financial reporting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and business-minded approach
