Financial Analyst F/M

The Publicis Global Delivery Financial Analyst will be based in France - Paris, reporting to Publicis Global Delivery FP&A Controller, working closely with the center's CFOs and Finance Leads (Latam, India, Lebanon, Mauritius, Morocco), fitting someone who wants to grow and learn about the business in a fast growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Main contact for the centers for all the questions & process related to FTEs (Forecast and actuals)
• Management of PGD FTES Forecast (in collaboration with the different markets and PGD centers)
• Consolidation of centers' Forecasts and Actuals FTEs reporting
• Development and implementation of management and monitoring tools, procedures and verification of their use
• Management of regular Group reports:
  • Update of files necessary for monthly reporting and forecast
  • Ensure the feedback information within the deadlines set by the group
  • Control of key performance indicators
  • Contact countries in the event of inconsistencies in the indicators
  • Other ad-hoc reporting
• Producing financial analysis to help business decision and performance improvement with corresponding KPIs
• Ad hoc financial and economic analysis or process to support global management team

Qualifications

THE PERSON

• International expertise, someone who has worked across multiple markets and who understands cultural nuances.
• A team player, naturally curious, solution finder with analytical mind that inspire trust.
• Excellent organisational skills, can work at pace across different locations as well as ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is very important.

CRITICAL SKILLS

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Finance Management Role
• Master's degree holder in finance, engineering, economics or related discipline required
• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, with the ability to get into the details while also seeing and understanding the big picture
• Experience working with various levels of the organization including leadership & peers
• Experience developing Excel based financial forecast models, reconciliations and analytics
• Experience supporting business decisions with business cases and analysis
• Experience working with databases and information systems
• Experience implementing initiatives and key projects
• Professional level fluency in English
• Advanced Excel required; advanced PowerPoint preferred, experience with financial Planning systems (e.g. Prophix, Hyperion Planning, Essbase and SalesForce.com) a plus
