Financial Analyst Intern
(Gap Year or Final Year Internship)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Analyst Intern to join our Finance team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, working closely with finance professionals and operational teams across the globe.
The intern will contribute to key FP&A activities including cash flow monitoring, budget tracking, internal controls, and financial analysis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about numbers, data, and emerging technologies like AI , looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Monitoring via Agicap:
Use Agicap to monitor weekly cash positions, update cash forecasts, and analyze cash flow trends to support decision-making.
Budget Monitoring:
Participate in tracking budgets by department and cost centers, identify variances, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Internal Audit Process:
Assist in documentation and process reviews to support internal control compliance and audit readiness.
Accounts Receivable Management & Factor Payment Reconciliation:
Track incoming payments, perform reconciliations with invoices, and assist in managing relationships with factoring partners.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Create and maintain performance tracking and analysis tools for cost centers
Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly closings
Contribute to budget planning, variance analysis, and forecasting
Explore and propose AI-based solutions to optimize financial analysis processes
Collaboration with Global Stakeholders:
Participate in regular meetings with campus managers worldwide to collect financial data and share insights
Communicate effectively across different time zones and cultural contexts to support global financial operations
Required Profile:
Education:
Student on gap year or final year of studies in Finance, Management Control, or equivalent
Technical Skills:
Excellent command of Excel and data analysis
Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its application in finance
Strong appetite for numbers, data, and quantitative analysis
Knowledge of BI tools or financial systems (a plus)
Language Skills:
Good level of English and French required

Highly organized with great attention to detail
Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international environment
Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
Ability to take initiative to solve financial and operational challenges
