Role Description
Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities by analyzing financial and operational data to provide meaningful insights that support business decision-making. Prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and management reports to evaluate organizational performance, identify trends, and assist stakeholders in achieving strategic objectives. Monitor key financial metrics, analyze revenue and expense patterns, assess risks, and identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and overall financial performance. Conduct market and industry research, evaluate business results, and develop data‑driven recommendations that support growth initiatives and long‑term organizational success. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial processes, strengthen reporting accuracy, and contribute to effective financial management across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modeling, data analysis tools, and reporting systems. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance measurement concepts is advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, financial markets, business valuation, risk assessment, and strategic financial planning principles is highly advantageous.
