Finance Transformation Specialist - Reporting & Planning (f/m)

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Finance Transformation Specialist - Reporting & Planning (f/m) to join the Finance Department based in Marignane, France. Your future missions:
This role supports Finance processes & system execution as well as transformation journey at Airbus Helicopters (AH). You will contribute to projects focused on simplification, harmonization, standardization and innovation. As a key member of the Finance Transformation team, you will help maintain digital assets, implement new technologies, and promote new ways of working with end-users. Located at the AH Marignane site, you will play a crucial role in animating the France Finance community on digital and transformation topics. Your mission involves providing new digital capabilities and collaborating closely with IT and business teams to deliver optimized solutions for data analysis, performance dashboards, and simulations.
Your Role:
- To support Business Analysis: Business Advisory & Innovation:
- Requirements management: To gather, analyze and document business requirements. This involves conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys with finance professionals to understand their current processes, pain points, and desired future state.
- Process Optimization: To identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Often dealing with SAP S4H, SAP MDG, Celonis, BI solutions and RPA implementation.
- Solution Benchmark & Design: To work closely with IT and other business stakeholders to evaluate potential solutions, assess their feasibility, and ensure alignment with the business's strategic goals. You create detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development.
- Data crunching & Analysis: To analyze financial data to uncover trends and patterns, and define the data and reporting needs for new systems. This includes ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulations. Dealing with technical solutions such as Palentir, SAP SAC, Sportfire, BW4H.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): To define and execute UAT using JIRA ensuring all business requirements are met.
- Change management activities: To accompany business teams with digital culture, training, live support, participation to business team meetings.
- To lead project & animate digital community: Portfolio management: To review project request, prepare one pager support prioritization and deliver Business Case Project planning & execution: To develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You oversee the project from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met. Stakeholder Management: To be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, from senior management to end-users. You manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment and support.
- Risk and Issue Management: To proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. You also track and resolve issues as they arise, preventing them from derailing the project.
- Project Leadership and Coordination: To lead and motivate a cross-functional team, which can include business analysts, developers, quality assurance testers, and finance subject matter experts. You coordinate, give meaning to tasks and ensure effective collaboration in an Agile scrum methodology.
- Change Management: To work closely with the business to manage the organizational change that comes with new systems and processes, ensuring user adoption through effective communication, training, and support.
What you need to make real, what matters:
- Leadership and social competencies
- Proficient in English command
- Work experiences in international environment and business experiences in various regions, ideally in large complex organizations or consulting firms
- Knowledge about Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax), Compliance and Audit Business Processes
- In-depth Experience in Digital and SAP landscape, leading large scale projects in Reporting, Advance analytics, Planning/EPM implementations and other related Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing systems/digital solutions (Reporting & Planning, applied AI, data-hub, etc.)
- Strong interest in new digital technologies & new way of working
- Experience in leading Digital project teams, managing project-portfolios, running multiple initiatives in parallel
- University Degree
