Finance Transformation PM - R2R

A large international company is transforming their Financial Systems and Processes. As part of a major upgrade initiative, they are looking for a Finance Data Expert to lead the analysis and design of the new Target Operating Model for Finance and R2R workstreams. The role will focus on transforming the Finance Data Model as part of an EPM improvement programme.

You will manage the analysis of the As-Is finance data model structures and will work with business stakeholders and IT to define To-Be data structures. You will manage the redesign and transformation of the Finance Data Model with a particular focus on R2R needs including FP&A, Reporting and Consolidation requirements.

Your profile

• 10+ years' experience in Finance Transformation with a focus on Enterprise Performance Management, Reporting & FP&A systems and the underlying Finance Data Architecture
• End-to-end project experience in Finance Data Model analysis, design, and transformation in a global company
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes including improvement or transformation project experience in this area e.g. new TOM Design and deployment
• Experience implementing financial systems tools including ideally experience across both ERP and EPM systems e.g. Onestream, Tagetik, Cognos TM1, Oracle Hyperion / HFM, Anaplan or similar
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across business functions and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Financial Systems Solution Architecture experience for Performance Management tools (EPM / CPM) highly desirable
• Fluent French and English

Contract: Interim Contractor (Freelance)

Location: Paris, France or remote Europe with weekly travel

This project will suit an experienced R2R Project Manager with strong understanding of Finance Data models for EPM Systems and FP&A and Reporting areas.
