Finance Systems Project Manager

Integration & Projects

• Manage ERP integration projects within newly acquired entities, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Facilitate and lead workshops, gap analyses, and requirement validations.
• Act as Core Model Gate Keeper to ensure alignment between subsidiaries and the group target model.
• Propose and challenge solutions to close functional gaps.

Support & Training

• Provide level 2 support to key users and end users.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base to strengthen team autonomy.

Methodology & Governance

• Define, share, and improve project, test, and support methodologies.
• Ensure application of best practices across entities.
• Coordinate with IT Corporate teams on infrastructure and architecture topics.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Collect and arbitrate ERP enhancement requests with key users.
• Monitor Microsoft releases and coordinate their deployment.
• Develop and optimize reports and dashboards (Atlas, Power BI).
• Identify automation and optimization opportunities in Finance processes.
