Finance & Strategy

Core Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning – steer Alan's financial performance through business planning, financial and operational monitoring, investor relations and financing.
• Financial Reporting – steward of Alan's financial truth, ensuring accurate and timely financial data, reporting to board, leadership, tax authorities and regulators such as ACPR.
• Finance Data and Operations – build and own core finance data and tooling infrastructure (models, pipelines and concepts that connect business operations to financial reality).
• Functional domains – end‑to‑end ownership of Treasury, Procurement and M&A.

Mission

• Build business plans to exponentially increase enterprise value.
• Monitor financial and operational performance to identify value drivers and adjust the plan.
• Steer performance through high‑impact initiatives such as procurement tools, pricing, M&A, transformative partnerships and competitive intelligence.
• Contribute to investor relations and financing, including board meetings, fundraising and external communications.
• Build, improve and maintain best‑in‑class financial planning and performance monitoring tools.
• Work closely with Finance Operations teams to produce and interpret monthly financial performance.

Qualifications – Must Have

• 1+ year experience in Management consulting, Investment Banking or a similar role at a top tech scale‑up.
• Excellent financial modelling skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Experience working with C‑Levels.
• Hands‑on mindset, able to drive projects end‑to‑end from framing to implementation.
• Strong interest in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand operational details.

Qualifications – Nice to Have

• Experience in scale‑up, SaaS or insurance companies.
• SQL fluency.
• Accounting knowledge.

Location

You must be legally eligible to work in France. Remote work flexibility is offered, but the position is Paris‑based.
