Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle financial affairs and tax declarations, ensuring accounting compliance and high data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage annual reports, tax filings, internal controls, and audits for European entities.
• Perform deep data analysis and decode business architectures to support business management with data insights.
• Gather financial system requirements and drive cross-functional projects with Tech & Product teams to achieve accounting automation and process optimization.
• Drive continuous process improvements (standardization, automation, and centralization), identify end-to-end risks, and implement optimization strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, internal control, or auditing. Big 4/accounting firm or logistics industry background is a plus.
• Trilingual in Chinese, English, and French.
• Solid hands-on experience with financial systems (Oracle is highly preferred) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Cross-functional, cross-regional, or multinational working experience is a plus.
• Familiar with local accounting standards; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Deep understanding of business operations, capable of executing accounting plans and ensuring practical implementation.
