Finance Rater Workflow Coordinator

The opportunity

IXO is seeking a finance operations professional to coordinate expert reviewers working on AI training and evaluation. The role combines financial judgment with contributor leadership: keeping tasks moving while ensuring questions and quality concerns reach the right person.

Day-to-day contribution

Your work concerns the functioning of a finance evaluation program, not the preparation of educational content about project management.

• Organize daily rater activity, contributor handoffs and task allocation so responsibilities and deadlines are visible.
• Maintain tracking processes, escalation routes and quality-check procedures that contributors can apply consistently.
• Monitor throughput and quality signals, investigate bottlenecks and communicate a clear account of progress and unresolved risks.
• Answer finance questions within the project guidance and your expertise, escalating ambiguous or specialist cases rather than making unsupported decisions.
• Bring reviewer feedback into practical improvements to instructions and operating procedures, then coordinate the follow-through with the relevant contributors.

Deliverables include current task trackers, documented escalation decisions, actionable quality feedback and written status reports. A useful update explains the problem, its effect on delivery and the decision or input needed to resolve it.

Required experience

You must have five to ten years of professional experience in finance or finance operations, including cross-functional coordination. You must have managed or coordinated contributors or reviewers against deadlines and defined quality requirements, with visible progression in your responsibilities.

Strong organization, clear communication, problem-solving and interpersonal judgment are required. Describe how you have kept delivery on track while maintaining standards and how you decide whether a finance question can be resolved directly or needs an expert escalation. No specific software product or additional credential is required by this role.

Engagement and pay

This US-based role is a remote IXO expert engagement paying $45 $65/hr USD. Project planning anticipates at least 35 hours during weekdays per week; the actual schedule, scope, duration and agreed rate will be confirmed before starting. Selection and workload depend on the project’s coordination needs.
