Finance Ops
You will join Léa in our Finance Operations team, with a central mission to structure, optimize, and secure our financial processes across all markets, both on cyber and insurance activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating international reporting with our providers, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our in-house billing system, and safeguarding critical processes such as cash collection in both insurance and cyber lines.
You will act as a key point of contact for internal teams (sales, brokers, customer success) and external stakeholders (insurers, brokers, accountants), ensuring smooth financial operations and strong collaboration.
Beyond daily operations, you will actively contribute to strategic initiatives, including major transformation projects such as the rollout of our new ERP system. This position offers a unique blend of operational responsibility and strategic impact, placing you at the heart of our financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1) Finance Operations & Support
Ensure data quality : invoices generated by our in-house billing tool comply with international standards
Contribute to the post go-live phase of our new ERP (Workday Finance) and the evolution of finance processes (expense management, tools, workflows)
Operational management of invoicing and cash collection (follow-ups, reconciliations), in close collaboration with Product teams to help build resilient system.
2) Cash Management & Treasury
Contribute to group-level cash management (mapping and analysis) to enable effective tracking of key financial KPIs
Oversee the treasury stack: our various banking systems and cash flows.
3) Automation & Reporting
Partner with Ops and Product teams to automate monthly reporting flows, including payouts to risk carriers.
Take ownership of automating recurring tasks and key finance processes (collections, procurement, reporting).
Build scalable dashboards and analytics to support our internal performances.

Preferred experience
1-2 years of experience in audit/accounting, finance operations, fp&A, or in a fast-growing startup/scale-up.
English mandatory. Any other European language (German, Spanish, Italian, …) is a plus.
Process-driven, comfortable with modern tools’ stack (Metabase, Pennylane, Qonto, Agicap, FP&A, etc)
Proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders (accountants, auditors, insurers, brokers).
