Role Responsibilities
- Review Finance Operations (Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables) financial transactions on a daily basis, ensuring that accounting processes and controls are adhered to.
- Process and file correspondence and ensure that appropriate records are accurately maintained.
- Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies.
- Support the process for monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial reporting as required.
- Ensure adherence to reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payment management to ensure timely execution with agreed terms, internal control compliance, and adherence to local payment practices.
- Work with tax colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant tax rules.
- Act as the local E‑Invoicing Subject Matter Expert for France, ensuring implementation and ongoing compliance with French regulations and acting as liaison between Group Finance, IT, and local authorities or partners.
- Contribute to treasury and cash flow forecasting for France, integrating local payment cycles, statutory obligations, and supplier dependencies.
- Act as a bridge between Group processes and local French requirements, ensuring alignment while avoiding operational disruption.

- Fluent French and English.
